It is the declared and acknowledged intention and meaning of this solicitation to obtain janitorial services for various buildings under the Morale, Welfare, and Recreation Department, at the Naval Security Group Activity, Winter Harbor, Maine. The work includes sweeping, damp mopping, vacuuming, carpet maintenance, trash removal and a variety of other cleaning services in restrooms, lounges, kitchens, hallways, stairways, common areas and office spaces. Frequencies shall include annual, quarterly, monthly, weekly and daily. Provision of specified supplies is required. This acquisition is 100% set-aside for small business.
