Contracting Officer. Follow-on Interim Contractor Support of DSP's GS14
second antenna and associated hardware, Interim Recording Upgrade
(IRU), and Data Time Correlator (DTC), at the Overseas Ground Station
(OGS) is required until the Satellite Readout Station Upgrade (SRSU)
has been completed and the GS14 has turned over to Air Force Space
Command. Technical Orders are not available for the GS14 second
antenna, IRU or DTC. This ICS effort is scheduled for a period of eight
(8) months (1 Jul 95 - 29 Feb 96), with two three-month options (1 Mar
96 - 31 May 96, 1 Jun 96 - 31 Aug 96). If the SRSU schedule at OGS is
delayed, additional ICS support will be acquired within scope of this
effort. Aerojet, 1100 Hollyvale Street, Azusa, CA 91702, is the
incumbent contractor. ICS includes scheduled inspections, services and
replacement of hardware and will be performed on a 24 hours per day,
7 days per week basis. This effort will provide support for technical
interface changes required to implement IOC of the SRSU and will
provide all tasks necessary to transfer GS14 second antenna maintenance
to government personnel at the conclusion of SRSU. Interested
