Special qualifications: Prospective contractors or subcontractors must be able to meet all Federal, state, and local Laws, ordinances and regulations governing handling, transportation and disposal of hazardous waste materials and environmental protection including preparation of the hazardous property for retrograde from incirlik Air Force base, Turkey, and lajes, the azores, portugal, to adisposal facility in the United States (CONUS). Transportation of the hazardous property to the CONUS facility and finaltreatment/disposal of the hazardous property in accordance with International (International maritime dangereous goods Code (imdg)).
