Vandenberg AFB, California is soliciting interested bidders for the construction of a 13,965 SF Golf Clubhouse/Equipment Storage Facility located on the north side of the base. The Golf Clubhouse will replace existing World War II vintage wooden buildings joined together totaling 10,104 SF. Clubhouse includes lobby, locker rooms, snack bar, lounges, pro shop, office, utility room, kitchen, repair shop, club storage and sales area. Equipment/cart storage facility will house powered golf carts. Masonry walls, concrete foundation/slab, metal structural frame, and sloped concrete tile roof in a Spanish Mission-Style architecture consistent with the historic ranch house located northeast of the proposed site. Provide a fire suppression system, landscaping, utilities, site amenities and other support systems for a complete facility and demolition of existing facilities. The magnitude of this project is $1 million - $5 million. This acquisition may be reserved for participation by Small Disadvantaged Business entities only as a result of responses received from this notice. Only written requests for solicitation packages will be accepted and a nominal fee will be required for each solicitation package.
