INVITATION FOR BIDS: IFB, drawings and specifications will be available for Replace Communication Towers at Minot AFB, North Dakota. Work is 90% general and 10% electrical. Work is in a restricted area and consists of a 90 day performance period. Project magnitude is between $100,000.00 and $250,000.00. This action is being considered for 100% set-aside for Small Disadvantaged Business (SDB) concerns. Interested SDB concerns should notify our office, in writing, of their intention to bid on the project as a prime contractor as early as possible but no later than 30 May 1995. This notification must include a positive statement of eligibility as a small socially and economically disadvantaged business concern, evidence of capacity to obtain required bonds, and specific information which demonstrates the capability to perform projects of this complexity and magnitude. Complete information concerning management experience in similar work and financial status should be submitted with references. If adequate interest is not received from SDB concerns, the solicitation will be issued on an unrestricted basis without further notice. Therefore, replies to this office are still requested from all interested business concerns as well as from Small Disadavanatged Business concerns.
