The United States Postal Service seeks proposals to lease existing space, space to be modified or facility to be constructed in the village of Brocton, NY. The preferred area is bounded as follows: on the north by Rte. 5; on the east by Walden Ave; on the south by Ellicott Rd; and on the west by West Ave. Space requirements are for either existing space of about 1,500 sf with 12 customer parking spaces, 6 employee spaces and 2 handicap spaces or, for a new construction leased facility, about 1,500 sf on a site size of about 34,600 sf, with 6 spaces for employee parking, 12 spaces for customer parking and 3 spaces for the handicapped. The lease term is for a minimum of 15 years with four five-year renewal options for new construction and 10 years with four five-year options for existing or renovated space.
