Bynum, Contracting Officer. 11th Contracting Squadron, Bolling AFB, DC intends to procure a Sole Source (Firm-Fixed Price) from Identicator Corporation, to purchase an Inkless Fingerprint System. All materials and equipment procured will become the property of HQ AFOSI, Bolling AFB, DC. Any sources responding to this synopsis must meet the following criteria: (a) An inkless system that makes 10 print cards utilizing standard government issued fingerprint cards; (b) Has to be non-toxic, chemical based system that cleans and is easy to use; (c) Must have the ability to obtain clear, classifiable fingerprints; (d) Each system must come with a replacement kit consisting of one finger pad and five developer sheets; (e) Must have the capability to print 450 cards; (f) Retabs, correcting labels with the capability to re-print a bad fingerprint.
