The Naval Medical Logistics Command has a requirement for Vital Signs Monitors for a base period and four option periods for a total of five years. The units shall be portable, battery and line-powered; capable of monitoring ECG, invasive and non-invasive blood pressur, heart rate, pulse oximetry and temperature; capable of displaying selected parameters on a monitor and an integral strip chart recorder; configured or modular; suitable for individual bedside monitoring or patient monitoring during emergency transport. The units shall include accessories such as rechargeable battery packs, recorder paper, NIBP cuffs, NIBP hoses, power modules with AC and DC cords, operator/service manuals, carrying cases, wall mount kits, temperature probes. The contract is contemplated to be a firm fixed indefinite delivery indefinite quantity type contract. The minimum quantity is 17 monitors and the maximum is 44 monitors.
