This is a Presolicitation Notice for Water Storage Tanks, Inspection, Repair and Painting located at the Federal Correctional Institution in Otisville, New York. Invitation for Bid (IFB) number 144-0134 will be available on or about June 15, 1995 with a tentative bid opening date of July 18, 1995. The successful bidder will be required to furnish labor, materials, equipment, scaffolding, safety, equipment, paint facilities, etc. and perform all work as indicated in the solicitation package, including cleaning, removal and disposal of lead based paint, repairing, and painting as required of two (2) steel, ground type, water tanks. The dollar range of this project is between $100,000 and $250,000 and it will be 100% set aside for small business. All requests for solicitations must be in writing to the contracting officer.
