A Cost Plus Fixed Fee contract is anticipated. This acquisition will be conducted on a ''BEST VALUE'' Basis. The anticipated number of hours of effort is 7350 during the initial contract period of 1 October 1995 through 30 September 1996 with an option for an increased quantity of 5450 hours. Additionally four (4) one-year option periods through 30 September 2000 are anticipated.
