Formal public advertising of the solicitation will occur in a follow-up Commerce Business Daily synopsis on or about August 1, 1995, with the solicitation to be released shortly thereafter. A Pre-Proposal Conference (PPC) will occur approximately two weeks after solicitation issuance.
