Contractor shall provide maintenance for the following equipment: Mevatron 7445 Linear Accelerator System with the follwing com- ponents: Mevatron Table, Model 5378047S3511 and a Mevatron Control Unit. Four scheduled preventive maintenance inspections are required each year. Unscheduled routine and emergency service calls may be required. Proposed requirement is unrestricted. All responsible sources may submit an offer which will be considered by the agency. Requirement has a base period of one year and two one year option periods. Solicitation will be issued on or about 06/02/95. Fitzsimons Army Medical Center has been nominated for CLOSURE by the Base Realignment and Closure Commission (BRAC).
