accordance with Article 10.6. G/TBT/Notif. 95.130. 1. Member to

Transport. 3. Notified under Article 2.9.2. 4. Products covered (HS or

87.01-05). 5. Title and number of pages of the notified document:
Revision of the Safety Regulations for Road Vehicles (available in
English, 2 pages). 6. Description of content: Vehicles equipped with
devices to stop fuel supply when engine misfire is detected and prevent
the abnormal high temperature condition of the catalyst are allowed not
to install Heat Damage Warning Devices. 7. Objective and rationale:
Establishment of alternative requirements for installing Heat Damage
Warning Devices. 8. Relevant documents: The basic document is the
Safety Regulations for Road Vehicles. The said amendment will appear in
``KAMPO'' (Official Government Gazette) when adopted. 9. Proposed date
of adoption and entry into force: 7 July 1995. 10. Final date for
