The Government intends to procure from the original equipment manufacturer, Sunstrand Aviation Operations, Rockford, Illinois, under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1), as implemented by FAR 6.302-1. Firms that recognize and produce the required items described are encouraged to identify themselves. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which may be considered by the Government in determining wheter to conduct a competitive procurement.
