Furnish all equipment and materals; providing all labor, supervision, administration and management; and supplying all construction equipment, materials, and services necessry to complete landscaping and conservation at Southwestern Power Administration's Springfield, Missouri Operation and Maintenance facilities. Major components of the work are mobilization, undedrground irrigation system, berms, fine grading for sodding, seeding, and drainage, supplying plant materials, sodding, and seeding, installing sidewalks, gravel walking path and unit pavers, gravel removal, sign construction and maintenance of the entire landscape installation for a period of two years following acceptance of work.
