The Network shall consist of at least 1000 culturally competent primary care physicians who are appropriately trained and dedicated to providing health care services to the underserved population of the nation, and at least 1000 African American medical students. The National Medical Association is deemed the only responsible source capable of providing the required work and services as set forth in 41 USC (c) (1). Only one source is available.
