Provide single family property management services for HUD acquired properties throughout 23 counties in Northern CA. The contract term is for a one year period with an option to extend for two additional one year periods. This request for proposal is for a negotiated contract. Solicitations will be released for all qualified persons on May 16, 1995. Any bids received after June 16, 1995, will not be considered. The voluntary pre-proposal conference will be conducted June 05, 1995 at 2 PM PST at the HUD Office in Sacramento. All offers must be time and date stamped prior to 4:30 PM PST on June 16, 1995 by the Sacramento HUD Field Office.
