WRITTEN REQUESTS ONLY - FAX requests accepted at (609) 724-5931. Work
to be performed includes, but is not limited to; provide all plant,
labor, tools, equipment, appliances and maerials and perform all work
necessary to repair and maintain parking apron at McGuire AFB on an
on-call basis at unit bid price subject to the terms and conditions of
the contract. The principal features include but are not limited to:
replace slabs - full depth, remove existing cracked whole and partial
concrete slabs full depth, prepare subgrade and filter course, replace
whole and partial concrete slabs full depth (plain and reinforced
whole slabs, all reinforced partial slabs), rout and seal or reseal
joints and cracks, remove bituminous patch materials and repair them as
spalls, repair holes and indentations - small pieces of pavement that
break loose from surface and usually range from 1 to 4 inches in
diameter and from 1/2 to 2 inches deep, rout and seal cracks, seal
small cracks and crazing, seal concrete surfaces, repair corner breaks
with epoxy resin (full depth) as shown on drawings. Performance period
is 365 calendar days with one option period of 365 days. There will be
an exclusionary period of 121 days (1 Dec thru 31 Mar) for each
contract period. A solicitation will be issued on or about 30 May 1995.
The proposed procurement listed herein is unrestricted open to all
businesses small and large. Standard Industrial Classification code for
this procurement is 1611. Any concern responding to this solicitation
is classified as a small business if the average annual receipts of the
concern and its affiliates for the preceding three fiscal years does
not exceed $17.0 million dollars. All responsible concerns may submit
a bid which shall be considered by the agency. Proposed contract is
