Zangwill, (301)443-5672 The Health Resources and Services Administration is soliciting proposals to evaluate the Community Integrated Service System (CISS) program which will include an evaluability assessment and design phase, to clarify the availability of data, develop an evaluation design and analytical plan. The evaluability assessment and design phase will be conducted using existing documentation with telephone follow-up to clarify available information. The period of performance will be thirty-three (33) months. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the Agency. Solicitation will be issued on or about May 25, 1995. Closing date will be on or about June 26, 1995. All request for the solicitation must be in writing and cite HRSA RFP 250-MCHB-4(5) NAB. (0129)
