Provide all labor, material and equipment necessary to perform routine Dockside Vessel Maintenance including but not limited to the following minium quantity items: (1) Modify Refrigeration Space Exhaust Ducting, (2) Inspect, Overhaul, and Test Weight Handling Equipment, (3) Renew Watertight Door, (4) Repair Shower Deck Drain, (5) Clean and Inspect Diesel Fuel Tanks, (6) Overhaul ANchor(s) and Anchor Chain(s), (7) Overhaul and Weight Test Shipboard Davit, (9) VHF-FM ADF Antenna Replacement, (10) Inspect Thrust Bearing, (11) Replace Boomshack Weathertight Doors, (12) Renovate Hoist Control Booth, (13) Renew the Main Propulsion and Bow Thruster Control System, (14) Renew Shaft Seal, (15) Renew Radar Pedestal, (16) Hydraulic Piping Modifications. Indefinite quantity items include but are not limited to the following: (1) Renew RG-394/U Radar Waveguide. Vessel homepier is Port Huron, MI. Vessel length is 180 foot - width is 37 foot. Vessel availability schedule is 21 August 1995 for 28 days. The place of performance is geographically restricted to the Great Lakes. There will be a nonrefundable charge of $100.00 required in the form of a certified check or money order made payable to the U.S. Coast Guard for requested drawings. All other referenced documents ae available for viewing at building 400N, Governors Island, NY. The proposed contract listed here is part of the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program. Plans and specifications will be issued on or after 26 May 95. All responsible sources may sunmit a bid which shall be considered by the United States Coast Guard.
