59 -- POWER FREQUENCY CONVERTER SETS SOL N66604-95-R-0730 DUE 071795 POC Contact Ray Smith, Contracting Officer at (203) 440-6701 The Naval Undersea Warfare Center Detachment New London anticipates two modifications to contract N66604-93-C-2030 with Power Systems Group (formerly MagneTek Defense Systems) of Anaheim CA. One of these modifications will increasing the quantity of this contract to include an additional one (1) Power Frequency Converter Set with the option to buy a second (1) additional unit. These frequency converters must meet the power requirements of the Type 18H and 8J periscopes. Equipment shall be in accordance with MIL-31000 Development Drawings and performance must meet or exceed established performance specifications. The other modification will commence Provisioned Item Ordering (PIOs) for the acquisition of spare and repair parts. These items will be used to maintain the frequency converters that are being acquired under this contract. Ordering of spare and repair parts via PIOs will take place during the period of performance of this contract. (0129)
