The Naval Sea Systms Command (NAVSEA) intends to issue orders on multiple occassions under a Basic Ordering Agreement with Power Paragon, Inc., 901 East Ball Road, Anaheim, CA 92816. Orders will be issued for material and services required to aquire and fabricate or modify the AEGIS Solid State Frequency Converter and Ancillary Equipment. Power Paragon, Inc. is the only company which possesses the knowledge, experience, tooling and equipment necessary to perform the tasks described. No other source has the necessary resources to perform the work described herein, nor will any other supplies or services satisfy the Navy's requirements. Power Paragon, Inc. is the Navy's repair and overhaul depot for the AEGIS Solid State Frequency Converter and Ancillary Equipment.
