The anticipated base period of performance is 10/1/95 through 09/30/96, with two additional option periods of twelve-months each. Funding for the FY96 base period and both twelve month option periods is pending availability. The Government-owned facility is approximately 56,000 sq. ft.; comprised of one three- story main building, one security carport with exercise room, tank rooms, facility maintenance offices, boat locker, necropsy room and storage area, one-story annex building, and one-story storage shed. THIS IS A 100% SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE. It is anticipated that the solicitation will be issued on or about fifteen (15) calendar days after the date of publication of this notice, and bids are due thirty (30) calendar days thereafter.
