Phillips Laboratory, Directorate of Operational Contracting, PKOS,
Kirtland AFB, New Mexico, is seeking potential sources to provide a
Grating Spectrometer, quantity 1 (one) each, Mfr. Spex Industries Inc.
Model 1000m or equal, Must be compatible with IEEE-488 command set.
Configuration- standard Czerny - Turner ''M'' shape beam-train.
Spectrometer should provide a resolution (0.008 nanometers. Resolution
specified for a 1200g/mm grating operated in first order at 632.8nm.
Companies responding should have 5 years experience in the commercial
sale of grating spectrometer. Responses must include information on
experience and past performance information must include references,
point of contact and phone numbers. Firms responding must submit
technical literature, brochures, etc. for the Grating Spectrometer
being offered. Firms responding should indicate if they are Small
Business, a Socially and Economically Disadvantaged Business, an 8(a)
qualified business, or Woman-owned Business. For the purpose of being
considered a small business, the following applies: SIC Code: 3826,
Size Standard, 500 employees. ''The Government reserves the right to

appointed to hear concerns from offerors or potential offerors during
the proposal development phase of this acquisition. The purpose of the
Ombudsman is to receive and communicate serious concerns from
potential offerors when an offeror prefers not to use established
channels to address concerns during the bid development phase of the
acquisition. Potential offerors should use established channels to
request information, pose questions, and voice concerns before
