The successful bidder will be required to refasten and waterproof an existing roof. The existing roof consists of approximately 26,000 s.f. of galvanized corrugated sheathing fastened to a wood roof deck. Work to include all labor, materials and equipment necessary to complete the project. The estimated cost range is between $25,000 and $100,000.
