Provide all labor, material, equipment, and supervision necessary to paint and finish building interiors of various base facilities located on Patrick AFB, Florida. Work also includes repair to substrates, surface preparation, sealing, and caulking of cracks and joints as required. The applicable SIC code for this acquisition is 1721 and the small business size standard is $7 million. The contemplated contract is for a firm fixed price indefinite delivery indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contract type which includes a base year performance period and an additional four one-year options. Individual delivery orders which may include multiple performance locations and completion dates will be issued. The minimum guaranteed amount applicable to the base year is $50,000, there is no minimum guaranteed amount for any option year. A $25 nonrefundable fee will be charged for each copy of a solicitation package. A faxed request for copies of packages will still be accepted, however, checks must be received in 45 CONS/PKAB prior to issuance of packages.
