The area to be maintained is two buildings, twelve stories each with a total of 906,000 square feet which includes: Office Space - 283,856 square feet, Laboratory Clinic - 5,797 square feet, Food Service - 5,326 square feet, Structurally Changed - 42,634 square feet, Corridors - 41,827 square feet, General Storage - 2,620 square feet, ADP Equipment - 17,492 square feet, Light Industrial - 2,172 square feet, Garage (parking) - 319,000 square feet, Garage (storage) - 3,692 square feet, and Grounds - 166,562 square feet. Specific security requirements for contractor personnel must be met. The contemplated contract is for a base year with four one year option periods. After the base year, the Government may exercise its rights for the next option period, or any portion thereof. Request For Proposal will be issued on or about May 25, 1995. SIC CODE 8744 applies.
