J -- SOURCES TO PERFORM OVERHAUL OF HAMILTON STANDARD SPC-2D TURBINE FUEL CONTROLS POC Sharon D. Hunter, Contracting Officer (510) 437-3996. The USCG Maintenance and Logistics Command Pacific, Naval Engineering Division, seeks to identify qualified sources capable of performing overhaul of Hamilton-Standard SPC-2D Fuel controls for turbine engines installed on Coast Guard cutters. Overhaul will take place in the contractor's facility. Contractors must demonstrate possession of or the ability to obtain all necessay proprietary information related to the servicing of these units, including but not limited to all SPC-2D Technical Manuals, schematic diagrams, service instructions and bulletins, parts lists, etc. In addition, contractors must demonstrate ready access to component parts, including P/N 742470-3 mother boards, which will be necessary to accomplish the overhaul. Contractor responses to this notice shall include complete evidence of possession of or access to the proprietary information listed above. Contractors shall also submit evidence of past successful overhaul and maintenance of the SPC-2D fuel controls, including the names, telephone numbers, and points of contact of prior customers. Responses to this notice must be submitted not later than 15 days after publication. Responses which only request copies of a solicitation and do not provide the information required above will be considered non-responsive.
