The Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) intends to issue orders on multiple occasions over the period of two years under Basic Ordering Agreement N00024-95-G-4090 with Martin Marietta Communications Systems, 1 Federal Street, Camden, NJ 08102. Orders will be issued to receive, disassemble, repair, overhaul, modify, replace and test AN/STC-1 and AN/STC-2(V) Equipment and Components. Martin Marietta is the sole producer of the AN/STC-1 and AN/STC-2(V) Integrated Voice Communications Systems (IVCS). No other source has the technical qualifications and necessary resources to perform the work described herein, nor will any other supplies satisfy the Navy's requirements. See Numbered Note(s): 22.
