69 -- TRIMARAN TOW TARGETS WITH SHIPPING CONTAINERS SOL N68936-95-R-0292 DUE 062795 POC Daniel R. Mahan, Contract Specialist, 805/989-1915/Billy E. Kilby, Contracting Officer, 805/989-8418. This requirement is for Trimaran Tow Targets (TTTs). The TTT shall be manufactured in accordance with Government drawings which will be provided with the solicitation package. The government will provide one (1) set of molds for main hull and pontoons. The TTT is a lightweight, 14-foot target that can be towed on relatively calm seas of speeds up to 30 knots. The target is designed for surface and aerial gunnery training and can be used for visual and radar acquisition training. The TTT has no command or control system and is generally not augmented. A total quantity initial order of thirteen (13) TTTs is required. An additional quantity of NOT TO EXCEED thirty (30) units may be required subject to applicable indefinite quantity (IDIQ) clauses. Delivery shall take place 210 days after award of contract or issuance of delivery order. Delivery shall be FOB Destination to Naval Air Weapons Station, Point Mugu, CA 93042.
