The Naval Air Warfare Center Weapons Division (NAWCWPNS) China Lake, CA intends to procure a copper vapor laser system, on a competitive brand name or equal basis. The system must consist of a complete turn-key pulsed copper vapor laser with output power of 20 watts or greater at 10khz or greater, energy output per pulse of 2 millijoule or greater, wavelengths of 511nm and 578nm, intermittent operation down to single shot with TTL compatible input trigger, pulse to pulse stability better than 5% rms, pulse width of 20 to 40 nanoseconds, beam diameter of 25 to 50 mm, beam divergence less than 4 milliradian, water cooled at less than 1 gallon per minute consumption, line powered at 208 to 240V, 60hz, single or three phase, with on-site installation and training.
