Description of work includes re-roofing the Base Commissary (Building 3335). The existing roof members shall be removed and replaced with a new protected membrane roof system, to include membrane, roof pavers, flashing, tapered insulation, parapet walls, and shear connections in some areas of the roof. Existing roof drains to be retro-fitted with new drain inserts. Mechanical hoods and vents are to be reused where possible and mounted on new curbs. Roof access ladders to be extended and improved to meet safety requirements. SIC code is 1761. The magnitude is between $100,000 and $250,000. This action is being considered for 100% set aside for Small Disadvantaged Business (SDB) concerns.
