Procurement and installation of stainless steel grading, 32 new process tanks, new exhaust plenums, moisture extractors, mist eliminators and associated equipment. Manufacturing and installation of fume scrubber for two alkaline cleaner process tanks, new monorail with hoists, rectifiers, water reuse system and its associated utilities. Demolition of two existing scrubbers, exhaust fans, fan stacks, and support platform and sealing of main duct. Construction of caissons and concrete platform for new exhaust systems. Procurement and installation of exhaust duct from the end of the base bid tank exhaust ducts to new exhaust system which is comprised of two exhaust fans, stacks, and HEPA filter compartments. Performance is 360 calendar days. 1 Job Lump Sum. The magnitude of the proposed project is between $1,000,000.00 and $5,000,000.00.
