The Drug Enforcement Administration has a requirement for a comprehensive operational Employee Assistance Program designed to serve the needs of the Drug Enforcement Administration 7,295 employee families. Services to include: providing diagnostic evaluations; referrals; short term psychotherapy; management consultation services; aftercare services; trauma response and clinical briefings to victims of traumatic incidents and their families; EAP orientations and trainings for supervisors and employees; conducting prevention and education workshops for DEA employees and family members.
