Work to be performed consists of furnishing all laboe, materials, and equipment for the construction of an 127 square meter brick and frame Emergency Room Addition with a metal roof. The project also includes interior renovation of approximately 360 meters of the existing clinic area in an around the existing Emergency Room. The plans are dimensioned using International System of Units (SI) (Metric). The estimated price is between $250,000 and $500,000. The period of performance is 120 calendar days. The proposed contract listed herein is set aside for 100% Indian-owned, controlled, and operated firms under the authority of the Buy Indian Act. In accordance with the Public Health Service Acquisition Regulation Paragraph 380.503(e), not more than fifty (50) percent of the work to be performed under a prime contract awarded pursuant to the Buy Indian Act shall be subcontracted to other than Indian firms.
