The IRS intends to procure 385 garage or lot parking spaces for sedan, station wagon or mini-van parking for employees at the IRS Headquarters building, 1111 Constitution Ave., Washington, DC (365 spaces), and at the West End Court, 1225 22nd St., N.W., Washington, DC (20 spaces). The Headquarters lot(s) must be located within two blocks of a METRORAIL subway station. The West End Court lot must be located within three blocks of a METRORAIL subway station. All lots MUST be located within the following geographical boundaries: North: Q St., NW and Q St., NE; East: 2nd St. and O St., NE to 2nd and O St., SE; South: O St., SW, Maine Ave. and Independence Ave. to 25th St., NW; West: 25th St., NW. Parking spaces must be available from 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. weekdays. The 385 spaces may be in one or more locations. A base contract will be established from 10/01/95 through 09/30/96, with two one-year option periods. Only written solicitation requests will be honored. (0122)
