motors to be used in Hypersonics Operations and Methodology Experiment
(HOME). The contractor shall design, fabricate and deliver to the
designated test site area listed in the (SOW), three (3) rocket motor
systems with the described specifications. Includes performing on
instrumented static test of the rocket motor system including the
measurement of thrust and booster pressure and post-test inspection of
the motor. Post-test data reduction, includes the calculation of
thrust, booster pressure, and specific impulse versus time. Provide
detailed engineering drawings. Required delivery date on or before
January 1, 1996. Approximate Specifications: Rocket Motor Weight-200
pounds; Burn Time: 5 seconds; Average Sea Level Thrust: 7500 pounds;
Diameter: 7inches; Length: 100 inches. This procurement is being
conducted under the NASA MidRange Pilot Test Program approved by the
Office of Federal Procurement Policyon April 16, 1993. Request for
