able to (1) demonstrate extensive experience in all aspects of the
freight forwarding industry in the USA (including the storage and
shipment of hazardous and classified material), (2) demonstrate
extensive experience with freighting items procured through US DOD
Foreign Military Sales (FMS) sources, and have a sound appreciation of
US department of State and Customs freight arrangements, particularly
in relation to managing export licenses and Shippers Export
Declarations, (3) provide sufficiently trained and experienced staff to
manage routine computing support tasks in support of Australian
