The IRS intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with the Philadelphia Parking Authority for the lease of seventy-one (71) enclosed parking spaces at their facility located at 6th & Market Streets, Phila., PA. The period covered by this contract will be 10/1/95 through 9/30/96. Any written responses must be received no later than 45 days after publication of this synopsis. In order to be considered, the correspondence must be accompanied by a written narrative statement of capability, including detailed technical information, sufficient to permit agency analysis in order to determine a bona fide capability to meet the Government's requirements. The parking facility must be in the immediate proximity of the William J. Green Federal Building, 600 Arch St., Philadelphia, PA. The parking facility must demonstrate sufficient security provisions to insure the protection of Government-owned vehicles. The parking facility must demonstrate its accessibility in terms of its hours of operation. Responses without the required documentation will not be considered. See Note 22. (0118)
