The Financial Management Service (FMS) has a requirement for preventive and remedial maintenance (labor and parts) for a Laser Data optical disk system. Maintenance service shall not include electrical work external to the equipment, the furnishing of consumable supplies, and adding or removing accessories, attachments or other devices. The Contractor shall be a certified and authorized Laser Data service center with qualified factory trained maintenance personnel with access to OEM parts, technical manuals and software. Maintenance shall be performed at the FMS' Hyattsville, MD location during the principal period of maintenance of 8:30am to 6:00pm, Monday through Friday excluding Federal holidays. This requirement is for a base year plus four option years. This is a small business set-aside under SIC 7378, size standard $18.0 million in average annual receipts.
