companies for the construction and management of a Commercial trade
center at the Beirut sports city compound the project is on a
build/operate/transfer basis the Commercial center will be constructed
on publicly owned land with an area of 170,000 square meters U S.
companies with significant experience in similar projects are
encouraged to form a consortium to bid for the project the consortium
should consist of a financing source, a contracting company, and a
management operating firm interested firms can obtain prequalification
