The units are rquired to be fully self-propelled, roadworthy at highway speeds, and produce air at pneumatic capacity of 150 +/- 5 pounds per minute at 49 +/- 2 PSIA. The units are to be used on the flightline to start T-38 aircraft, and for dispatch to other airfields on an as needed basis.
