The interstitial mechanical distribution system concept is used. There will be a connecting tunnel, and addtion and alterations adjacent Building 511. Supporting facilites include electrical power, emergency generators, communications, stand-alone EMCS, fire protection, and fire detection systems. Site improvements include new storm drains, lighting, surface parking and a parking structure, relocation of public utilities and storm drainage, water. natural gas piping, sanitary sewer, and storm water management.
