R - The U.S. Department of Education has a requirement for technical and analytical support for the Budget Service to carry out analysis and descriptive studies related to Federal budget and legislative polciy for the programs operated by ED. Technical support provided includes formula simulations for programs such as Title I of the Elementary and Secondary Education Act, and the Impact Aid program. Task work may include statistical analysis, data processing and tabulations, literature, reviews, consultation with outside experts, and quick-turn-around tasks. RFP-95-013 will be issued on or about May 15, 1995 and will close on June 15, 1995. Requests for copies may be made by telephone, mail, telegram, or in person.
