Officer The National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST)
requires programming and support services. NIST seeks programming
support for a series of database development projects. These projects
include, but are not limited to, the Windows version of the Structures
and Properties database, a general chemical lookup and prediction
program for a wide variety of chemical properties, the Windows version
of the NIST/EPA/NIH Mass Spectrometry Database, a Windows version of
the NIST/EPA Infrared Spectroscopy Database, the Windows version of the
NIST Chemical Kinetics Database and the NIST/NDRL Solution Kinetics
Database, and new databases developed on inductively coupled plasma for
atomic analysis, the thermochemistry of enzyme reactions, the
geographic distribution of isotopic methane, octanol/water partition
coefficients and aqueous solubility constants. NIST contemplates a
period of performance of one base year and two option years. The agency
shall consider proposals only from responsible sources. Please request
