General Services Administration wishes to announce that on or about April 25,1995, Solicitation FCGE-95-0013-N for COST-per-copy (CPC) copier requirements for the U.S. Marine Corps Combat Development Command (MCCDC) and other DOD Activities/Commands Federal Government activites located on the Quantico Base in Quantico, Virginia. This procurement will require furnishing copiers, accessories, furnishing and delivery of consumable supplies (except paper), emergency repair service, periodic preventive maintenance and key operator training. Copier requirements have been broken down into five volume bands, defined as follows. Volume band I, 15 copies per minute minimum, and 0-5000 copies per month; volume band II, 20 copies per minute minimum, and 5,00115,000 copies per month; volume abnd III, 30 copies per minute minimum, and 15,001-30,000 copies per month; volumr band IV, 45 copies per minute minimum, and 30,001-50,000 copies per month; volume band V, 55 copies per minute minimum, 50,001-80,000 copies per month. An initial machine estimate of 302 units. Copiers being offered shall be the manufacture'S most current production models, either new or newly remanufactured. This procurement will be negotiated single award firm fixed price contract. The contract period will be for one year for the period October 1, 1995 through September 30, 1996 with four one year options years.
