The contractor shall provide NIST per unit costs as well as the cost for all four units. A report to include existing and post-test tube conditions with recommendations of future actions based on the test results shall be submitted for each of the four units.--The period of performance shall be forty-five days from issuance of the notice to proceed--A firm-fixed-price contract is contemplated.
