Smith, Contracting Officer at (404)842-6787 The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) contemplates awarding a three year contract to investigate compliance barriers to colorectal flexible sigmoidoscopy screening and follow-up services in populations aged 50-64 years of age. Written or facsimile requests for copies of the solicitation will be honored if received within 15 days after the RFP issue date, which will be on or about May 22, 1995. Requests received after that date will be filled on a first-in-first-out basis until the supply is exhausted. The date specified for receipt of offers will be approximately 40 days after the RFP issue date. Requests for the RFP must be in writing and must cite RFP number 200-95-0950(P).
