Federer, Contracting Officer at (404)842-6789 Correction: This action originally publicized in the CBD dated April 18, 1995 is corrected as follows: The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention contemplates awarding a two year phased contract study to design and validate a data tabulation instrument to obtain existing data on analytes, test systems and test volume; and, to tabulate existing data from identified facilities and enter the data into a computer database. Written requests for copies of the solicitation will be honored if received within 15 days of the RFP issue date, which will be on or about May 5, 1995. Requests received after that date will be filled on a first-come first-served basis until the supply of RFP's is exhausted. The date specified for receipt of proposals will be approximately 35 days after the RFP issue date. Requests for copies of the solicitation must be in writing, and must the cite the RFP number. Telephone requests will not be accepted. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the Agency. All other information publicized in the original synopsis is correct.
