Provide, Epoxy, Interior high solid, low volatile organic coating in various colors, to be applied by Letterkenny Army Depot to Army equipment. Epoxy coating shall meet the characteristics of MIL-C-22750F with exception to additional requirements specified in Section C of the solicitation. The contract shall be a firm-fixed price requirements contract. Delivery shall be made within 65 calendar days after receipt of each individual delivery order and shall be made to Letterkenny Army Depot, Chambersburg, PA. Contract shall be for one base year and four, one year option periods. All responsible offerors may submit a proposal which will be considered. However, the awardee shall be listed on the QPL as an approved source of supply. The request must be accompanied by a certified check, cashier's check or money order in the amount of $25.00, made payable to the U.S. Department of Treasury.
